Neck Pain

Neck pain refers to discomfort or stiffness in the cervical spine, the area from the base of your skull down to the shoulders. It can result from muscle strain, poor posture, sudden injury, or age‑related changes such as worn disks and arthritis. While occasional neck soreness is common, persistent or severe pain may signal a more serious issue.

Tip 3:

Tip 4:

Avoid heavy lifting or sudden head movements until pain eases.

When to Consult a Doctor

Seek medical advice if neck pain lasts more than a week despite home care, worsens with activity, or spreads into your arms. Immediate evaluation is needed if you experience sudden weakness, numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or severe pain following trauma.
