When to Consult a Doctor

Seek medical advice if neck pain persists beyond a few weeks, worsens despite home care, or radiates into the arms. Urgent evaluation is needed when you experience severe weakness, loss of coordination, or bladder or bowel control problems. Early diagnosis can guide pain relief measures, therapy, and lifestyle changes to protect your spine.
