Headache

A headache is pain or discomfort in the head, scalp, or neck. It ranges from a mild, constant ache to a severe, throbbing sensation. Common types include tension headaches, migraines, and cluster headaches. Headaches can stem from stress, dehydration, poor sleep, or underlying health conditions.

See a doctor if headaches become more frequent or severe, occur with other symptoms such as vision changes, fever, or confusion, or if over‑the‑counter remedies no longer provide relief.
